hi
husband purchased a house and after some time wife ejected her husband forcibly from that house, now wife is living with her two children in that house from past 6 months. now she registered a case against her husband, his brother and his husbands bhabhi, and his father in law under section 498A,323,506,34 ipc. now husband wants her to remove from his house. what is the legal procedure and law ?

See Arvind and Arunagiri, what is happening with the Indian Wives armed with 498a and DVA, driving out her own husband from his own property and cooly living inside without a shame? Narco Test or Brain mapping should be apply to the wife to come out with the truth of her allegations, before those innocent people commit sucide out of humilation and mental harrasment.

Expert.Assumi. this type of case may be we can see one or two. Considering generally towards Indian wife is not good. We also wants to think in another way. How cruel this husband might showed towards his wife and children and may be because of the cruelity of the Husband she may forced to take this extreme steps. We can blame her if she is living with another person their in same house.Wives needs care and protection from their husband. When she lacks it this type of problems may arise.Women empowerment is needed.

Yours is a peculiar problem. It is doubtful if u can file any eviction suit against your wife as she can resist it on the ground that the house is her matrimonial house. You may however consider filing a suit for injunction to prohbit her from preventing u to stay in the house. As regards the criminal complaints filed by her u have no other way than to defend yourselves by disproving her allegations. If the charges are proved false and malafide the courts have recently imposed penalties on such wife.
