i have to form the NGO having its aim of fighting against corruption. but i don't know how to register it and where to register it. please suggest me.

It may be possible to register under Societies Registration Act,1860 by suitably framing the MOA (objectives)and the Rules to broadly comply with the provisions of Section 20 of the Act. The Authority prescribed to register the Society is generally the Charity Commissioner.

in case anyone demands bribe for registration then get him trapped.
Since you intend to registered NGO against corruption, you may be aware of trap procedure.
If you do not know trap procedure then drop the idea of this NGO for the time being.

ALL TRAP PROCEDURE & RAIDS BY ACB, found ineffective.. very few cases are proved(When opp party could not manage with further corruption, or too poor. very small fish)
So it is not a successful or effective tool to eradicate root of corruption.
ONLY NITI, DHARAM, SELF CONTROL CAN WORK.

Those involved in corruption are bosses of your boss, rich and powerful, in ruling party... They administer us.

So far legal aspect of your query is the answer is that an easy way to form an NGO is
to get it registered under Societies Registration Act.
However as regards to fight corruption ,the last opinion expressed by Mr.V R SHROFF is the only truth either we take it or not.
We could expel Britishers only because of strong morality of people and an eagerness mother India free.
In post independence period the leadership failed to teach that there should be only nationality in the citizen hence every body
became corrupt by mind in self vested interest and out of those who have chance,do only corruption.
Hence certainly we need institutions who create a cadre of citizens who prefers to
be Nationalist and acts in nations'interest
and not in vested interest practicing a philosophy that when nation grows,it's citizen would certainly grow and corruption
can make richer only few which is too dangerous for a democratic country.
Our leadership have been practicing where they have slogans for poor,laws against hoarders just to woo votes but have been looting public wealth in such a fashion that even invader kings did not do so.
The change can come only through change in moral.

It is painful to disagree with Mr Shorff. Once fixed in trap case it is slow poison for Govt servant and if at all he wades through he spends a lot of effort time and money.
Trap cases are easy to convict as these are stereotype one.
But since CBI lacks jurisdiction in some states over state employees the statistics vary from state to state

I hear the cases, and know the aquittal orders, after 5-10 years of complaint of corruption and ACB proceedings. At least in Maharashtra, result is very discouraging.
All get sold out, and give evading, false evidence. Advocate of accused manage witnesses, ask tactful Questions, that result in aquittal !!.
If you have better experience, you may inform us.
Lots of pressure from Political parties/ concerned persons, and further corruption, to avoid punishment, stretch proceeding till retirement!!
I am personally not at all happy with Evidence stage, where Witnesses simply deny panchnama, their presence, their statements, as their purpose is to make money, by joining as Witness.
It all ultimately result in failure to prove charges!

And who collect in person?? It is handed over to agent at far off, and communicated "RECEIVED" ON THIRD PARTY MOBILE PHONE. NO PROOF..all are extra smart ,
No evidence, no proof,
only small fish are trapped, in net, Ordinary peon, Lower class staff, that too, to show, ACB is alive and acting!!!
Currency note: Where is it now?? it is the same?? what number?? u failed to produce it as evidence!! So no amount paid!!! Ha Ha.. u arranged to trap for personal enmity..

You can form Trust or Society. In the objective clause mention that you want to render public service without any profit.
For forming a Trust or Society take the help of an advocate.
I suggest, Affiliate your society with any leading anti corruption NGO's.

It is painful to CARRY ON CORRUPTION .
but it will pain more, if job is not done in time.
Loosing money is not as painful, as much as failure!..friction, harassment.. struggle..unsatisfied clients,delay. . and what not???
I remember a joke:
Akbar decided, send this servant ordered him to count waves of ocean, he cannot get corruption money!!
Few days later, Birbal replied, "He stopped Ships,as it affect number of waves, and became very rich , salute your order to count waves .. !!!
They find ways to collect money..

Fight against corruption needs hundreds of fighters. Let the querist form an effective group of volunteers and carry the battle in his chosen field. He may however note that none of the NGOs target the bribe giver who is equally to be blamed. It is this giver who very often corrupts even the honest bureaucrat.
