How to get certified copy of on order in a criminal case

respected sirs one accused of 25/4 arms act was not appearing in court since 1996. nbw was continued against that accused as well as his surety was for fitted.magistrate recalled his nbw without sending accused in jail after getting bribe . i am not the lawyer of that accused nor complainant .but i want certified copy of that order. vakalatnama is must to get citified copy . case is pain ding before court. my query is how to get certified copy of that nbw recall order not being a lawyer of complainant/ accused. thanks with regard

Engage an advocate and apply for it through him.

sir as per lawyers until and unless case is decided no one can apply for certified copy of any order . only a counsel of accused or counsel of complainant can apply for certified copy . my query is how can i get it with no vakalat nama of accused;s counsel or complainant; counsel ?

If you do not have vakalatnama why do you need it. Are you accused or complainant in the case.

you wont get certified copy of order unless you are a party to the case
