What all options\right we have as a landlord and how we can vacant our shop from pagdi system, Please advice.

Note: Original Landlord and tenant is no more.

Dear Sir,
First you have to establish yourself as a legal heir of deceased original landlord and then get issue a legal notice and then file a eviction suit before the Court and get vacant possession of the shop.

Approximately cost till vacant of shop in case?

Chances of case in our favour and any other factors or point we need to keep in mind before filing eviction suite?

It may take around 1 year. The cost of fees depends on advocate. You cannot forecast the chances of win. It all depends on case of client and advocate.
