How to know my wife has filed the divorce case.

Respected sir,
1. My relative has informed me that my wife has filed divorce case, but I didn't received any notice.
2. Will court serve the summon if we agree on MCD but I have done in pressure of police and her family.
3. Can I know that really they have filled the divorce case by applying RTI.
4. If they have filed divorce case, can I attain and say the truth.
Please suggest me as soon as possible.

Don't worry, you will not be ignored by the court before taking any decision on divorce application of your wife, unless you willingly continue stay away from the court. You will get copy of the petition as well as summons to contest the case.
