How to make payment of due epf and esic

Dear Sir, i have joined a company which was not paying epf and esic since dec 2014 due to.financial crunch. Now i have joined.this company as HR now they are asking me to finalise the things asap. There is few my queries. Since these dues r pending before my joining in that case i would be responsible for non-compliance with epf of esic. Secondly, what will be procedure to file all due payments of epf n esic. Can i submit all challan due for esic and epf in a month. Regards

Find directory, provisions at:
www.epfindia.gov.in
Get in touch with PRO,APFC,RPFC of jurisdictional PF office.
If you are appointed designated signatory, look into the details mentioned therein.
Submit your contentions to your employer in writing under proper acknowledgment and get written reply for your record and future reference.
