How to make payment to buy notice period?

I have the option to buy my notice period but the Agreement remains silent on 'mode of payment'.
Can somebody please tell me the fastest mode of payment and how to pay without any bank details of the company and also keep a record of the payment?
Please note that the payment terminates the contract and I need to do this soon. The co. is trying to hold me back from doing so. The person who signed it is not a party and cannot pay him. This is a Pvt. Ltd Co.

As stated, I can buy notice period. However, mode of payment is not specified. Here, 1. how and whom should I pay was the question 2. Which would be the fastest way to pay, whether cheque, dd was d question

are you employed in a private company and seeking advise to buy the notice period towards the proposed resignation?
What about the copy of written terms of employment available with you, have you referred it?, have you inquired the same from the accounts staff of the company? Consult a local lawyer and send a cheque to that amount in the name of the company along with your letter for resignation.
