Hi as I am new into this Advocacy profession and going to start my practice very soon,,,before getting into I would like to know new latest procedure or ideas of file keeping and other regular records which we have to maintain through our practice. Actually I hv seen file keeping while doing my trainings in chambers but it seems bit confusing (instead of lawyers their munshis no abt files n papers if tat munshi nt their den u gt panic bfr ur hearing) so my idea is to put alphabets along with nos. but how about other records (small or big) how to maintain n keep in good position,,,
Actually my main concern is this only cz I’ll b nt gtg tat much cases initially,, if I focus into these small things only then it would remain lk this only n then I don’t hv to depend on Munshi’s who don’t stay for long I can’t even afford them at present.
I know my prob is not big may be useless fr most of u but this is the best place where u experts can help me to become Independent n self made women.

the logic behind any filing system,is that,one must be able to trace it,quickly.
as such there cannot be any specific system.
