How to obtain commission

(Querist) 13 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
A is an agent of Sahara India and worked since last 4 years. But unfortunately, seniors of Sahara India got published in local newspaper that A's agency was terminated due to dereliction of duty and entire commission amount were withheld. On demand, no officer has inclined to take proper step in releasing commission amount of Rs/- 500000=00.
Proplem is that A has no paper to prove that he has worked in that institution and has not also any paper to show that he has worked to the tune of Rs/- 500000=00.
Kindly suggest me what will be the best forum to agitate his claim.
Can he file a complaint case ?

Gopalji without any documentation impossible to stand any case.
It is better to you and Mr. A consult local lawyer or approach to Iron Hand.

Nothing can be done for such person who even do not possess the documentary proof of his work. However, send a legal notice to Sahara India demanding full and final settlement of the accounts and wait for their reply and take further action accordingly.

It can not be a fact that there is no any documentary evidence that he has worked for the Company. When there is no proof how such a huge amount is due to him as commission? Come with full facts.

I have sent a legal notice but no reply has been given as yet. Mr. Raj Kumarji

So far as documentary evidence that he has worked for the Company is concerned, it is submitted that A has submitted forms of proposal and handed over to immediate senior and he used to pay commission but since last two years he assured to pay only but with no effect up till now.

In absence of documentary proofs, it would be difficult to prove and get the claim.
