How to obtain Money lender License

Hello Friends,

I m from Mumbai I want to know what is the procedure of obtaining money lender license, requirements, fees , duration to obtain the same or any site which gives information about the same.

I think I will see some people who will again write the same thing " repeated question" but please see earlier reply was just "apply to assistant registrar" Sir(s) that does not answer my question , Please give clear explanation as earlier reply is not clear.

Please go through the Bombay Money Lenders Act. There is provision of Asst. Registrars who maintains a register of Money lenders. The office of the Registrar can be generally found in the office premises of the Collector. you will get all the information in that office.
