How to obtain sc caste certificate

Can any one please guide me to get my caste certificate? I want to obtain my sc caste certificate but the problem is that I was born and brought up in madhya pradesh and done my education in bhopal.my parents belong to salem district of Tamil nadu and they are illiterate.But we have property there too.Now i don't have any residential proof of Tamil nadu. but my relatives living there have caste certificate. how I can get that certificate only from there. Please guide me with the workaround to get my problem solved.

You shall have to surrender the ration card of Bhopal and shall have to get it entered in Salem so as to make you ordinary resident of Tamilnadu and only thereafter you can hope to get the desired certificate.

You can apply in your current place itself. You have to produce sufficient proof of your caste.

Ld. Arunagiri, for him to obtain from that place, the caste should be declared SC in that state.
