Respected Experts,
498a, DV case are running against me & my family, in 498a all most 1.5 years has passed but very slow speed while DV case are also running simultaneously all charges are false and fabricated based on same old complaint
1) In her complaint, she has not mentioned about any evidence and documentation
2) How to prove my innocence in 498A and DV.
3) What are the steps and guideline for me.
4) Which evidence/facts/things/circumstances prove my innocence.

ok ok i explain
facts of a situation we live together very happily and friendly for 6 month but after
this what happened i don't know and don't understand my wife and my in law behave like third party person and she refuse to talk to me and my papa & mammy and went to her parents home without informing me.
After 4 month she file 498a and DV
But i dont have any idea about evidence and my lawyer doses not properly guide me, he avert me.
and also i am confident she does not have any facts or information or evidence against me.

DV / 498A cases take over 5 years to be disposed of . wife has to substantiate the allegations made in complaint .
if your lawyer dosent guide you engage another lawyer

you need to ascertain/procure the facts which may counter the allegations levelled against you by your wife. The lawyer has to sit with you for hours to prepare and understand the pros and cons of it.

Full case and case file has to be referred, if your lawyer is not cooperating change your lawyer.
