How to quit being a lawyer

Hello , everyone I wanted to ask that if I am an advocate and I want to quit law and start a business . Do I have to suspend my liscense and how do I do that ? And will I face any repercussions?

I’ve just finished my LLB and I’m going to be a first gen lawyer that’s why I asked . I’m open to possibilities

If you have not enrolled yourself as an advocate then there is no restrictions on yo to do any business or any profession of your choice

Sir I mean to ask that if I enroll myself as an advocate and then I decide to change my profession I would have to give up my liscense to practice right ?

You can surrender the license with request to suspend the practice so that you can restore it when you decide to resume practice at a later stage.
