I got married on Feb 2013,now me and my husband separated from family life now living with my parents due to abuse & bad behavior of my husband,i had one year old female child with me. I am very clear not going to live with him hereafter.
My father in law and mother in law are not giving me back 25 sovereign gold given by us during marriage,
how to get back the 25 sovereign gold.
By complaining to all women police station, Or through court
my ex husband is a taxi driver, my caste is BC and my Husband cast is SC
he is involved in many criminal activities and a drunkard
kindly help me to retrieve the things

Such like in-laws keenly return gold but only when made to sit on ground of thana and addressed rudely by police.
I am sure you would have by now tried all other methods.

You have to lodge complaint u/s 406 IPC to get back the articles.
You can file case under PWDV Act as well.
