how to register the property in village and city got from wi

Hello,
My grandfather have his own earned property(homes) in city and village. Since my father don't take care of him properly, my grandfather made a will and registered it for me and my brother. Now he is expired, my father is not helping me to change ownership, please help me by information how I should change ownership on my and my brother's name. Please give me detailed procedure.

You will get the forms/detailed procedure from the authority under whose jurisdiction the property falls e.g. MC in city.

Get yours and your brothers name entered in mutation records.

The registered WILL fetches more reliance.

You can get the name changed in the record of the Municipality for city property and in village records, for village property.
