How to Win Cases ?

I wanna only win lawsuits that too for betterment of the society,no else motto is there,money is no concern.

Plz. give some tips out of your valued experience,my dear respected friends ?

If you want to win for the betterment of society then you have to fight only PIL writs. All other litigation relate to private disputes which favor and benefit either of the individual parties only. However if you want always to win pick and choose cases which have claims that are totally moral and legal. Do not support bad or illegal causes. By doing so,we can plant good ideals in the minds of the public which will be good for the society as a whole. That is the social duty and social commitment of each and every lawyer in the society. By following such a motto in a steadfast manner,we the lawyers can restore back the nobility of our profession which has been waning gradually all these years.

I wish add to our expert's opinion to state that Service before Self must be the basic motto for those tasks related to social betterment aspects

Forget about the big words duty and social cause and all that since who can decide what is wrong and what is right. The creator decides about you at the end so any human system can not be superior to it.

The basic querry is how to win cases. A simple and very basic law is read minutely every word of all the documents of the opponent ; you will find plenty of material to win irrespective of which side you are.

People make basic mistakes again and again since they do not remain aware. That is what the Yudhistra told to Yaksh in epic Mahabahrata.
