Some properties from the mother of the daughter father (Grand mother)ancestral.
The some properties are granted by INAM DC order-by cultivation to father.
Any descrimination b/w the properties cam exrcise right by HSA 1956 OR HSA amend act 2005 can exrcise.

Father has self acquired through INAM Deputy Commisioer order-by cultivation ocupancy in karnataka.
Father has also properties from his mother's ancestral properties. he expired in 1984, properies are not partitiones so far.
Any descrimination b/w the properties mention above 2 types of properties,to exrcise right by HSA 1956 OR HSA amend act 2005 can to get daughter share.
