Sirs, our society is redeveloped society, person "A" who have already purchased a flat in our Soc year back is buying one more flat. both are investment purpose. But in second flat he is asking us to prepare Alternate agreement with Society. We have asked for format of agreement but he is not giving us by giving one or the other reason. He did not asked same for his previous flat. Is it compulsion for society to enter in any alternate agreement if member request? secondly, our developer has paid property tax (copy of same is not shared with us) this purchaser wants a property bill copy that too without acknowledged by BMC. We have heard that developer was giving him the ack copy but he refused to take same & asked for unack copy. Now, we MC members are in confusion, why this man is behaving like this. 1) why he need a alternate agreement 2) why he did not accepted the ack copy of property tax paid invoices? We need to know what preparation he is doing? will it effect MC in any way? Please reply at your earliest. we are blank on matter.

what do you mean by alterante agreement?
if he already has flat in society then you must be knowing him well .
let him bear legal fees and prapare agreement and submit it to society .
you cna check online for proof of payment of property tax on BMc portal .
