Hsisf case

Dear experts,
I want to know about the Haryana Industrial Security force, the constables appointed by the Haryana Govt in 2003, and the entire recruitment has cancelled by the new govt in 2005, what is the status of the case.
and what are the opinion of the judges

This case is still pending before Supreme Court. High Court had upheld the appointment of such personnel.
