Dear Madhusudan,

HRC is available in every state capital and other cities. You can follow the link given by Nair.Or else after visiting the site you can even submit your grievance online. If you visit the HRC office you can submit and take an ack. They will followup immediately.

Nothing to add, except that pending court cases are not taken by HRC.

rightly advised .
but i may add from our personal exp..
we have through an adv. filed a petition in HRC in the state capital against a builder who living in the same res. complex, caused many in human miseries to the residents. our learned adv.also agreed it is fit case for HRC.
but do not know what really transpired .after 5 or 6 months after receiving the petition, and after 2 or 3 hearings, our adv. was advised to go to civil court.

HRC could have simply refused the petition in the beginning itself, instead of wasting our time and money?
