Human trafficking

Hi, I am a social worker in the field of Anti human Trafficking. There is a case ; the girl Lucy(name change)was a house maid in 2007 and she was only 17 in those days. Her master instead of letting her do the house hold job he used to sold her. They used their house as a place to meet the customer. Beside this the master used to torture her. He is acting as a pimp as wel. Now she was stay in a state run protective home, all of her story were reveal only today 4th.April 2012 and her blood test was HIV+ . The things is the police can book him with ITPA but what i need to know is what section will be used to book the accused non bailable and what are the other relevant section to keep him behind the bar as long as possible. jimmy_chan8@rediffmail.com

Section 3,4,5 of ITPA Act along-with sections 366A, 372 & 373 of IPC are proper section which should be imposed against him.
