Husband after marraige not responding properly to wife

Hi,
In few days ago, my sister (muslim) married and she was happy in her life. But, suddenly the relationship was held with the problems of misunderstanding between husband and wife. after 2 months of marriage i and my parents came to know that brother in law and his mother not responding to my sister and started giving moral torture of separation from relationship and not good looking. And we came to know that brother in law is having extra marital affairs ( got register marriage with another girl) before marring my sister.. due to this we brought back my sister home.. from past one month no call and contact from their end..
Kindly tell me how to handle this situation my sister is feared that if she go again they will torture her by physically and i dont want to take risk here..
As per Muslim and Indain Family law, tell me what i have to do here.

Dear Querist
if you have decided that she is not able to live with him & want divorce then file a divorce petition before court under Dissolution of Muslim marriage ACT or file a maintenance case or file a domestic violence act case against them before court.

Yes, if your sister does not wish to stay with her husband she can suit for divorce.
If she is willing to punish the offenders, she can file criminal cases them as well.
She is entitled to maintenance also as long as she remains not married second time after divorce.
