Husband is trying to go aborad

Dear Members,
My clients husband is trying to go to america in order to evade the trial in home town u.s.498. Kindly inform me about the authority responsible which can take cognizance and prevent him from obtaining visa.

accused must have obtaioned anticpatory bail . there must have been some conditions imposed by court while grantingh bail .

in any case draw attention of the magsitrarte o fact that accused is trying to flee aborad .

Inform the US Consulate about the pending case.
Obtain order from the court against his foreign visit. That would help you in more than one way.

if he has taken the anticipatory bail certainly there will a condition that he may not go out of the jurisdiction of court, without its permission; if he does so its offense. when criminal case is pending against the person,he cannot move, Ajay & dev gave a good answer to follow-up.
