hi respected lawyersclub team, we came accross this that my bhabi is using my brothers email address at her home. now the ip address will be either her internet connection or else her family members. what should we do

Apparently she has the email id and password.
And she is accessing the email from internet connection at her home or else her family members.................as posted by you.
Did your brother on record allowed her to access her email id and shared password/recovery details?
In any case if there is any damage, ..............'Your brother may change the password, recovery email address,phone numbers, and report unauthorized access/hacking.'

There is no illegality if wife is using the husband's e-mail id.
Problem occurs when she hacks the account and misusing it.
So come out with clear facts.

When your brother do not have any objection his wife using his email ID, in what way you are concerned?
Let them enjoy their lot.
However, a question arises, how do you know that your bhabi is using your brother's email address at her home?

sorry respected experts, i was unable to reply due to my fathers death recently.
the previous ques was that my bhabhi has my brothers email password & we were worried that she can use that email from her home computer and send any wrong mail from my brothers mail to her mail id.
but when we thought about it deeply, we realised , she can use it but the ip address will still be her own computer.
I am sorry i took long to reply.

The issue has increased more now sir because dad passed away and still she is filling more cases. we received a notice regarding interim maintainence under dv act & now we have 3 months left. our next hearing is on 3rd march 2017.
my brother is an arts graduate and his income before marriage was 11000 rs in a call center.
after marriage he started a business of stationary shop.when his wife left our home , my dad asked him to close the shop and start working in call center again.
mt brother didnt listen to my dad and still ran his shop. Now when dad passed away he realised the importance of what he said & he closed his shop.
But i am in tension, should he start earning again in call center, or else show himself as unemployed.
His education background is graduate of arts & his prev income in call center was 11000 per month. 10400 after deducting pf.
about the shop, their is no such income proff. Kindly guide us sir.

Ms Shweta,
Your present issue running a shop after death of your father or yourself after the death of your father is quite a separate issue than your original query concerning of misuse of email password of your brother by your bhabhi.
So, if your brother has any objection with the usage of his password by your bhabhi, at first ask your brother to change his password for email ID to a very strong password, before you raise any supplementary questions, whereas you have not made any mention about your brother's intention or relation with your bhabhi. If not cordial, better discuss proper background of the issues.

Respected P.s dhingra sir, ty to answer, my brother was in tension when he came to know his wife used is email & then yes he changed his password.
My bhabhi and my brother are currently going through a case. infact 2 cases. she has filed on 1 hand divorce case on base of cruilty and second is interim maintainence case. this is why i raised the second query regarding maintainence. may i continue this new ques on this same query or start and new query. kindly guide me

Your email issue was quite a petty issue, as compared to the issues you mentioned now. But, if you discuss issues in cuts & pieces, you will achieve nothing through any advice, except confusion. So, better discuss all the issues in a consolidated manner with the lawyer, whom your brother has engaged for two cases about maintenance and the domestic violence, and come here to ask the experts, only if any doubt remains there in your mind after discussing with your own lawyer.
