I didnt get proper experience letter from mnc company

Hi,

I worked in a reputed MNC company.almost 5 years i worked there.due to some miscommunication i got terminated from the company.they gave termination letter also.it was not my mistake but then also i got terminted from company.now because of that letter i am not getting any job.please help me what to do now,and whom to approach?

The remedy lies in moving against the termination if it was, as stated by you, wrong.

Try labour court to challenge the termination letter.. also see the limitation.

Challenge the termination, accept the situation till not reversed, try to search job.

There is no limitation on approaching the tribunal.

First thing first; approach an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters with all docs on record and give inputs and understand the appropriate forum for you and options and remedies.
