Hello,
Seeking your guidance on an issue where I have been cheated by my uncle. I was taken care by them from age of 8 yrs after demise of my mom and dad. They sold all my property as soon as I was 18 yrs with my signatures on paper and now when I ask them for money, they are not ready to give any. Please guide me how to solve this. Will my case stand if I file a property case on them. In need of your help !!

A major person aged 18 years signed property sale papers showing his age as 24 years, this is fraud you have committed knowingly.
However, more facts are required to find out if any grounds exist to favor you. consult local lawyer and show him all the documents and discuss in detail.

you can be jailed. You have sold the property yourself. You in order to cheat the buyer stated your age as 24 (must have given some fraudulent proof of age) so that he dos not become suspicious.

You can claim sale proceeds of your property from your uncle but your relationship will be ruptured.

It was all done without my knowledge and I blindly believed them thinking they wont cheat an orphan child. I was not in a position to go against them since I stayed in their house. Please guide me how can I proceed next. Will I get my fathers property back

You won't get father's property back but can claim sale proceeds which your uncle swallowed.

Before enforcing your legal right concede it that other party has also some legal rights.
Bear in mind mind it that they also have a right to recover cost of your maintenance from you.

Thanks so much sir. I will meet a lawyer. The property which they have sold is thrice that of my maintenance. Any idea on how much rate of success I get on this case

They have stopped talking with me after I asked for money so the relationship is already ruptured

Don't jump upon the legal proceeding at first. Instead to keep your relation cordial with your uncle and his family start a dialogue with your uncle to share the sale value 50% : 50% each among you two. If you are unsuccessful bring your relatives within the fold of such amicable settlement so that relations cannot get any scope to blame you as impertinent. If such attempt also fails then and then only proceed to file a case against your uncle for the recovery of sale proceeds.
