I receive wrong rti answer, they didn't took action

Hello, I complaint in police against several matters but police just took my statement and other party's statement, they didn't took any action against. After so many complaint they didn't took any action. Then I Complaint to PMO Regarding that matter and After Some months I asked Answer in RTI to PMO that what action they have taken. After so many Links I got letter to ask To SP. I asked to SP In RTI With attached letter of PMO, They sent me all the copies of Old Complaints, They didn't took any action Of my PMO's complaint. In RTI I didn't Receive Answer because they didn't took any action against other party. What Action Should I taken Now ?
Should I Ask to take Action with RTI Form ?
I don't have trust on Police because They did Nothing ? They have pressure of High Class Media Persons.
