Nobody can stop you from doing anything what you want to do, but you should see that it will be you who will be responsible for the entire acts, whether beneficial or disaster.
Anirudh (Expert) 28 June 2014
Please remember, you are very young. As of now you do not know what the outside world looks like. Please do not forget that the outside world is quite cruel. Your parents and family members cannot be your enemies. Perhaps you do not like what they say in your interest. But, by going out you will suffer a lot. By going out you will cause lot of pain, anguish and loss of prestige and face to your parents and family members. This is not at all good. Therefore, better discuss your problem openly with your parents and go by their advice. Nobody can be sincere well wishers of you than your own parents.

What type of legal problem you are feared?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 28 June 2014
If he is also willing to marry you, ask him to first divorce your sister legally and then to marry you or else you both can be pushed inside the prison by your sister for an act of bigamy.
Anirudh (Expert) 28 June 2014
When a man has a living wife, he cannot legally marry another person. It is a criminal offence.

If he does, then on his first wife making a complaint, he will be jailed.
