You cannot do LL.B because it requires any degree from any university .

if graduation BE/AMIE or equivalent degree course is completed then you opt LLB but it is not a part time course. you have to be regular for LLB course.

Dear Mr. Chalam,
As rightly pointed our by Mr. Rajkumar, there are no part-time LL.B. Course. However, there are places where the LL.B. regular course is being offered in the evening hours. (E.g. Delhi University). You have to checkup whether there are any such colleges in your area.
While B.E. Mechanical obtained by you through Distance Education is a recognised Degree Course for the purpose of admission to LL.B., there is a further requirement that one should have obtained average 50% marks in such a degree course. Please check up whether you fulfil that condition also.

Dear Sir,
Though there is no part time law degree, but there are colleges and universities like Delhi University, which offers evening college facilities.
I am sure Hyderabad also has a evening college, you can attend the same and do law.

Mr.Kapoor is right.
However BCI has made it mandatory for Law students that they can not do distant Learning programme, which was there till 2008.

Dear Chalam,
You query has been sufficiently answered saying that you are fulfilling the eligibility condition for admission into LL.B. course.
If you want to practice as an Advocate, naturally you have to attend regular LL.B. Course. There are no part-time or distance education LL.B. Even if they are, they are not recognised by Bar Council for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate.
You say that you cannot do regular LL.B. Course.
That is your predicament. For your sake, Bar Council of India is not going to change their rules!
We have told you to check up whether there are any evening classes being conducted for Regular LL.B. degree (as available in Delhi) at or nearby your work place. If they are available, then after taking due permission from your Employer you can seek admission and complete the Course.
Other than the above suggestion, we have nothing else to offer you as an answer to your query.
