I want to remove my electricity connection from shops ..

Respected sir. there is 3 shops of our property in punjab .these 3 shops are my brother's shop but electricity meter is on my name. now I want to cut my electricity connection from that shops. but tenants are opposing it... plz guide me can I cut meter which is on my name.... regards raj
