Dear sir's
icici bank has been harassing us we took home loan of 50 lakhs in 2008 and paid into the homeloan a/c 32lakhs sofar-and 13lakhs by january13& it has not given settlement as promised but their collection teams still harassing me to pay 42lakhs more else threating me to issue surfacea Act
all the money i paid for principal they are simply treating as interest
my A/c is in NPA stage
i understand that their collections teams survive&get salaries-rewards by squeezing money from innocent people like me
sincerely request to suggest proper remedy and proper forum to complain against this Bank
shall i go from writ in high court or consumer forum

One time settlement is the only option in the given situation and you can definitely lodge police complaint and obtain a stay order against the recovery cells/goons.
