if i earn 6000 Rs. PM and i have been falsely implicated in 498a and 125 crpc and DV act and wife is not coming back at any cost and i don't want to divorce her but my family is insisting on me to marry again
if get marry again means i'll have two wives
the question is this then what ratio of my income will be given to my first wife means how much Rs per month can be fixed by the court.

I can't comment on the amount. But, both wives should get equal share in your income.

Amount may be decided by the court based on the merits.

There are many other factors which are also taken into consideration while decided the petition under section 125 of criminal procedure code so a definite comment cannot be made.

If ur income is 6k, Court may allow 1500/-pm in ur case

after paying 1500/6000. Out of remaining 4500 pm you have to bear the cost of defending in 498a.

further you have not at all stated the circumstances preceding departure of your wife. Perhaps peaceful solution could be possible.
