Dear,

in my client dv matter interim who is a applicant, order has already been passed by the M.M Court but with the maintanance amount i am not satisfied so what can i do to enhance the Amount of maintanance
can i move an application for altercation or modification for the same in the same cout under sec 25 of Dv Act or i have to move sessio court only

court must have given reasoning for awarding maintenance amount .it must have taken into account income of respondent . if you feel that impugned order is wrong move sessions court against order passed by magistrate court

Prefer appeal before the sessions court.
Modification u/s 15 of the Act is permissible only if there is any subsequent development.
Challenge the order in merit.
