Dear Sir,
My friend had relationship with one lady -15 days (that lady already registers marriage with another one) , That lady have one child , my friend also maintenance give to that child Rs -1500/ Pm. , as per court. My Question --- The lady has use my friend name her statutory Records instead of husband name like ESI , PFI , ID card , Its correct or not? How can avoid my friend name? That lady Register Marriage copy has in my friend. Lady works in Educational Institution?

Your friend must inform to his employer with this fact and must request to delete her name . He must send the same to other concerned authorities as he wishes.

why would she use her lovers name instead of her husband name? send a letter to her to stop using your name as you are not married to her . send a copy of the letter to her employer

Otherwise why ur friend maintain that lady's child paying Rs. 1500/- p m
Why Edu institute accept such name w/o marriage proof??

It appears that they may have made a secret marriage.
File a bigmay case against them.

That Before marriage loved to my friend, But the lady married another person lived with one year . That ladies relatives compulsorily to my friend done with marriage (unofficially ). He had live only 15 days my friend sent out by that family .because he had not no income. After 5 years that lady file a suit, that lady have one child now age 6 female . So friend Voluntarily give maintenance to child. (The distance between my friend and court is 600 km . so avoid of attending court paid Rs-1500)

Dear Client,
If the child is born through your friends sexual relationship with her, then he has to pay maintenance to the child only. If the Lady is working in an educational institution, CITING THAT HER HUSBAND IS SOMEONE ELSE AND BY SHOWING THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF HER MARRIAGE WITH SOMEONE ELSE HE CAN GET HER NAME DELETED FROM all the concerned records including his service Register.But before her marriage with someone else both of therm were having a live in relationship and in that context her name was entered in all the records, your friend is liable to maintain her child born to both of them. Now, the Indian "Supreme Court also is putting its stamp of approval on such live in relationships in many cases in the recent past.
