Illegal construction

Dear Sir,
somebody by using political power construction started illegally in our land. we have informed Nagarpalika to stop the activity and also gave applications to city police, collector, mamlatdar and deputy collector by providing all legal docs available with us but no body yet start any steps to stop him and mis guide us by telling go here and go there and just westing time. Meanwhile the person already constructed some construction. Can you suggest what other steps remaining for us to stop him urgently?

If the construction is made on a public place and the Municipality is doing nothing then you being an ordinary citizen file Writ in the nature of Mandamus and apply for restraint order against such constructions from the high court.

Mr. Barman he says"construction started illegally in our land. "
Then your remedy was filing a suit of perpetual injunction forthwith.When he was politically backed there was no need to visit for help to executives or police.
Anyway without any more delay file a suit of declaration of title and perpetual injunction and for demolition of illegally raised constructions stating actions taken by you to stop his interference so far.
Visit a civil law lawyer of your district.

The only remedy is to file suit for declaration and perpetual injunction thereto without any delay.

Respected sirs,
i am very thankful to you all for your valuable suggestions. We have filed suit of declaration of title and perpetual injunction and for demolition of illegally raised construtions. Court surved the notice to opponent and will do punchnama within ten days (date has given for punchnama).
