ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN DDA FLATS IN DELHI

I reside in 120-A(ground floor),Platinum Apptt. Sector-18,Rohini,Delhi.The owner of 120-D(top floor)has done illegal permanent construction on the roof of our building.The roof is common to all the floors of our building.
Pl. guide me the procedures to demolish the illegal constructions.

You will have to file a suit for mandatory injunction to remove the illegal construction.

rajeev has advised you correctly, however if u ve some policy of DDA in this regard then make an application to DDA as well for removal of such an illegal construction.

DDA is very strict these days in the matter of illegal constructions and it is taking special drive to demolish such type of constructions so it is better to avail the free services of DDA. Make a detailed complaint therein.
