Illegal encroachment

If some residents are illegally encroaching some portion of common area in DDA flats of Delhi, is there legal remedy for these?

Is there any law which does not allow demolition of such encroachment once they have been constructed.

You can file a complain with the municipal corporation. Illegal construction shall be demolished.

YES! YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI FOR DEMO0LITION OF ILLEGALLY CONSTRUCTED FLATS.
