Illegal money lender

illegal money lender has given the notice that you have taken cash loan of 75000 in 2010 from my mother. now he filled the blank cheque (only signed by me )
in his own name and claiming that return the due money to me. he has issued the notice to pay the amount with in 15 days and stated the same above.
Fact is that i have returned the original loan and interest of Rs. 25000 is due.he is not agree to compromise.her mother is not a tax payer and having no bank a/c. her mother age is 85 years. please advise.

What was the mode of payment of loan to you, whether made by cheque or cash and what agreement did you sign and with whom?

File a criminal case of snatching your cheque against him.
