We are living in a City of RAJASTHAN.

two notice board which mentioned sign of parking in front of my Building in which at least twelve tenants(Shopkeepers).
My said property is situated at main road.

Can this possible to declare such kind of parking zone in front of someone's building or property?
After fixing of said parking board now many vehicles are parked before my building and my main gate of building, What is legal remedy for the same?

Writ against police administration and municipal corporation can also be considered
since a suit is a lengthy course.

Parking in just in front of way of you house is never permitted but in rest of area you can not object. You and your tenants has the same right to park vehicle as the public. You are lucky and you should take advantage of the situation else in Jaipur, people are forced to parks their vehicle even half a Km away from home.

if u really have problem like your gate is blocked or other persons find it diffcult to reach into your building then first it is advisable to represent the matter in writing, to the municipal and police authorities and then only, if they not stop the illegal parking, you can easily approach to the Hon'ble High Court by filing a Writ Petition. Without written representations to the authorities would amount to dissmissal of your Writ Petition.
