My employer is taking decissions in favour of some employe. He increase different salary for one post employee and in some case he increase salary of juniors more much than seniors due to their favour. What legal action taken against him.

No legal action. If you try to drag him in a court of law instead of getting increase, you would rather face termination from service.
In fact, you need to show your performance comparatively high than your juniors or fulfill the assigned targets in time, if not before the target period.
