Illigal income/black money

Sir, one of my friend's neighbors are earning income illegally and they have lot of black money and things like smuggled goods in their home. let me know where to complain for a raid. and what is the procedure. I and my friend don't want our identity to be revealed

What is your Problem.Mind your own business.If so interested go in person and make the complaints with the help of local good advocate.You could also get gift from Income Tax Dept.
