Illlegal creation of passbook

Hello,
Have land registered on name of Lady. Land Registration Details were under her Name.in On-line its displaying her Details. but some other people & illegally created Patt & PassBook of Land, and trying sell property to some other people.
Kindly let me know to proceed further, how to apply a new passbook?
what steps to be taken under them? what procedure should they fallow.

If you have such knowledge, first you bring to the notice of concerned MRO and simultaneously give a written complaint to the concerned SRO and District Registrar and also mark a copy to the District Collector.

she want's to proceed in legal way - even they kept a case in court - lawyer part is not strong. political people were involved in this . even complained to MRO - Neglecting his activities, no proper response . they went to grievance brought notice to District Collector, no action has been taken by him. she is a senior citizen no support from others.
what action can she takes for this situation to solve her problem.
the people who illegally taken her land,cutted teak wood trees from her lands. she gave complaint to forest officer no use of it - no one is taking action

IT=@PSD does nothing else every day.

Sir, how we can declare any query as vague query, when it is liked by Mr. Kumar Doab, although he could not understand what exactly was the problem and what could be the any solution for that groundless problem, even after clarification by the querist?

As of his worst habit, Mr. Kumar Doab (fake name) without suggesting any solution to the problem of the querist, has quenched his thirst to play merely a number game, of course by making a clear demonstration of the state of his quaite an unsound mind with vague and vulgar contents, like IT-@PSD, and the whole vague sentence starting from "from day 1 .............., LCI Admn ......nothing else," etc. Not even that, Mr. Kumar Doab with his disturbed mind has directed the querist to check herself!
