Immovable property, prior intimation to railways

sir,
i(working in railway) purchaged (registration not yetover) one flat for Rs 20,00000/-in that 16,80,000 hdfc bank loan .in 20 lakhs 20 percent i have to pay by hand and same was paid.but that amount 4lakhs paid through my wifes account.
now my problem is how to show the source of income to my employer (railways)what is the procedure,whom to consult.
please guide me.

Source of fund is not required when you get money from spouse.

Spouse can gift endless amount to other spouse.

The account of spouse is treated as one and same so there is no need to worry. You shall have to mention the name of your wife who paid Rs. 4 lakh on your behalf by way of cheque.
