Obviously you have been cheated by your vendor. The sale in your favour must be a fraudulent one. Lodge a criminal complaint against your vendor immediatley. The action taken under the public premises act is a serious one. chellenge it immediatley in High Court filing a writ petition.

First be sure that the local improvement trust is rightfully claiming the property. If so, proceed as suggested by Mr. Subramanian.
