The citation is Swaran Singh & others V. State through Standing counsel and another; (2008) 8 SCC 435.

This is a case pertains to calling a person 'Chamar' in an insulting and humiliating manner in a public place. Supreme Court explained what is public place, and what is place in public view under Sec 3 of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989.
