@Sharoff sir thanks for your inputs. Could you please explain a little more on this, it will be helpful to me.

I want to know complete procedure in the matter of 138 case relating to filling of evidence, facts of the case is simple, Its simply the cheque bound case and the matter is on evidence as per court's records. In this matter I wanted to know the exact procedure of filling the evidence and then How the court will proceed further?
