In which court to get a stay order?

We need to get a stay order on eviction notice served based on Bombay Municipal Act '88 Action 105-B. Need to know where to go - as in which court in Mumbai to get a stay order?

contact a local lawyer . is it a tenanted property . in such a case small causes court has exlcusive jurisdiction

u can get stay order from civil court of ur state.

City civil court for proper bombay, Dindoshi for suburbs.

Rental go to small causes ct at Charni rd or bandra.
