Inam lands

Sir,
We have lands in throvagunta, A.P. Before 1962 they were inam lands, later my grandfather attached it to wakf board and applied to become mutawalli. becoz there were no proper person to take care of the lands. actually the lands are of my grand mother's (maternal) father. he had no sons so he gave it to his wife as maher. later my mother has no brother and we are three sisters. The lands are totally 80 acres and out shareis 9 acres. now i want to know
1. Whether the inam lands are heritable to female.
2. can the inam lands be taken back from the possesssion of Wakf board.

1. As your mother had no brother and same position is with you so in the light of given facts, the mentioned land is inheirtble in favour of you all 3 sisters.
2. Yes because basically land was not of wakf board rather it was temporarily attached just for the purpose of use till the proper management of land.
