Rent on commercial property of a construction co, whether the income treated to be the income from business or the income from Rent.

If the concern has constructed the building only for the purpose of utilising the same for business purpose then it may treat as business income otherwise income from house property.

Since the building using for commercial purpose, i think the income can't be considered as house property income.
