How to incorporate/register a company in Bangladesh? What are the required documents and formalities for its registration/incorporation?

I did not except this type of reply from you, i know this is a lawyer club India, if you dont know the answer, do not post any comment, why are you just posting irrelevent comment if you do not guide some one. Moreover Mr. Prabhakar is praising the irrelevent comment of Mr. Makkad.

The real meaning of Mr.Makkad is that, we are the lawyers of India, we will know only Indian laws. If you want to know about Bangladesh or any other countries legal procedures, we may not aware of it.

That is why our friends suggested you to consult the lawyers in Bangladesh.

Every country is having its own Company Registrar. You have to approach the ROC for name availability and register the company. Complete procedures can be obtained from any local lawyer / auditor / company secretary.
